1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website and the booking of our services. By accessing or using our website, booking form, or making a payment, you agree to these terms in full.
2. Booking & Payment Policy
- Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
- Bookings are processed through Bookly Pro.
- Payments are securely handled via WooCommerce and Third Party Providers.
- Payments are made in full at the time of booking.
- Klarna’s payment options are subject to their own terms and approval.
- We do not store your payment information — it is processed through the Third Party Providers.
3. Refund, Cancellation & Deposits Policy
At our clinic, appointments are reserved especially for you. A deposit is required to secure your booking and ensures that time is allocated exclusively for your treatment.
When appointments are cancelled at short notice, it becomes difficult to fill the space, which directly impacts the business and limits availability for other clients. This policy helps maintain fairness, efficiency, and the high-quality service you expect.
Cancellations
- If you cancel your appointment 48 hours or more before your appointment time, your deposit will be refunded.
- If you cancel within 48 hours, no refund will be provided.
- Cancelling within 48 hours — for any reason, including illness — will result in the loss of your deposit. A new deposit will be required to book again.
Rescheduling
If you choose to reschedule your appointment, the same rules apply:
- Rescheduling more than 48 hours before your appointment allows your deposit to be moved to your new date.
- Rescheduling within 48 hours will mean your deposit is forfeited, and a new deposit must be paid to secure a new appointment time.
Deposits
A deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit is non-refundable unless the appointment is cancelled at least 48 hours before your scheduled time.
At checkout, you can decide between paying a deposit, or paying in full. You can also select to pay with Klarna.
Please note that if you select to pay a deposit, the remainder of the service payment will be required on the day of the appointment via cash or tap to pay.
If you have decided to pay a deposit, with Klarna, please note you will not be able to pay for the remainder of the treatment with Klarna, as Klarna only operates on the site’s checkout system.
We advise you to use Klarna only if you are selecting to pay in full for your appointment. Klarna will then pay the money to us, and you will pay Klarna in 3 easy instalments, for your convenience.
4. Health & Safety Advisory
These advisories are freely and publicly available in multiple locations for your convenience and safety, including:
- The Advisories page on our website
- The FAQ section of each treatment page
- The booking confirmation email and attached PDF guide provided after scheduling your appointment
By proceeding with a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and familiarised yourself with all relevant advisories for your chosen treatment. You also confirm that you have taken all necessary steps in regard to your personal health, suitability, and medical conditions prior to booking.
Our pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions are essential for both your safety and for achieving the most optimal results. By booking with Trusting Hands Beauty, you agree to follow all guidance exactly as outlined on our website, in the FAQ sections, and in this file.

Failure to follow the required pre-care and post-care instructions may affect your results or increase the risk of irritation or discomfort. In such circumstances, Trusting Hands Beauty cannot be held responsible for outcomes outside of the service itself. Our responsibility covers the professional delivery of the treatment only.
The advisories provided are of critical importance to your health and wellbeing, as well as your final results. It is the client’s responsibility—not the clinic’s—to ensure they have reviewed all medical and safety information before booking, and to follow all pre- and post-treatment care as instructed.

7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. By booking a service, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.
